The company is established in 2009 and operates in the field of organizing and carrying out activities concerned with balneology, rehabilitation, recreation and rest, prophylactics and medical cares, setting up and operating mineral baths and laundries. In 2008 the company bought „Belchinski mineralni bani” in „Belchin bani” resort, the municipality of Samokov, at a distance of only 20 meters form the healing mineral spring. The complex represents a two-storey building – Balneo-hospital with a total built area of 680 square meters. On the first floor there are two separate pools with adjacent WCs and changing rooms for men and women respectively and a physician’s
office. On the second floor there are physician’s offices and a physiotherapy room. The baths compartment is an extension to the main building. Each baths compartment has an anteroom. The original building and this extension are separated by an inner garden.
It is envisaged that considerable investments will be made for the reconstruction of the complex and its transformation into a modern balneology centre.
